Hollow ball screw In order to meet the requirement of high speed operation, IF can provide hollow ball screw. The hollow ball screw can avoid the problem that precision of the screw decreases due to the rising temperature in high speed operation, and fully meet the requirement of precision consistency in high speed operation.
Super long ball screw Ball screw nominal diameter φ63 and below overall processing length is 8meters Ball screw nominal diameter φ80 and above overall processing length is 12meters Exceeding the specified length is the super long ball screw. For super long ball screw, we apply docking method and the nut type are adopted to match the rotating nut.
Stainless ball screw The material code: 95Cr18,C30.
High and low temperature ball screw The applicable temperature of our ball screw is -60 ºC to 300 ºC.
